APRES-SKI IN VAL THORENS Over the recent years, Val Thorens has now become a go-to hot spot for après ski and nightlife with the fantastic Folie Douce and the largest nightclub in the Alps, Le Malaysia. You will find plenty of spots to keep you entertained into the early hours during your stay.
Folie Douce
Billed as ‘The dancefloor on top of the world’ Folie Douce is the ultimate spot to party above the resort. Surrounded by mountains; it’s a place where the music is pumping, the crowd is wild and dancing on the tables is customary. There's also a superb on site restaurant La Fruitiere which is undoubtedly the best place for an on mountain lunch.
Rue de Gebroulaz is the centre of après in Val Thorens. On the party street is Café Snesko which has been around for over a decade and its popularity won’t be fading anytime soon. With live music and a host of pyrotechnics kicking off from 5.30pm the atmosphere in here is always electric.
After that excitement, Europe's highest club is the next place to visit, Klub Summit is also on this party street and plays a mix of music to keep you bouncing all the way till 4am. If you want to be just a stumbling distance away then the Hotel 3 Vallees or Residence Le Schuss are both a great choice of accommodation to ensure you are close to all of the après action.
